The LDF isnt the first on the scene to decry the problem, but were second on the scene with an analysis of the problem and a way forward, says Ifill, who serves as the spokesperson for the organization and regularly appears on CNN, NPR, and the PBS News Hour, and in the New York Times and Washington Post.
